10 再投资退税 自其再投资资金实际投入之日起一年内

①企业申请报告；
②营业执照副本复印件；
③增资后验资报告、外经贸批准文件；
④所得税申报表及所得税税票；
⑤年度审计报告。

11 弥补亏损

每年4月

20日前

①     企业申请报告；

②     弥补亏损申请表；

③     查帐报告；

④     企业亏损台帐；

⑤     年审报告（包括损益表）；

⑥     营业执照副本复印件；。

 年弥补亏损额在10万元（含）以下由县（区）国税局审批；在10万元—50万元内，由市国税局审批；在50万元以上，由省局审批。 市局国际税务管理科或省局国际税务管理分局
